Easy Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to Hive. You can return the bought items within 30 days for a full refund if not satisfied. There is no option for exchange. You will have to place a new order. In case you change your mind, you need to pay the cost for delivery return.
Here are a few conditions for item(s) return:
- Items should be in their original condition and packing
- Should be returned to the correct return address
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Music CDs and DVDs have to be returned with a holographic seal and shrink-wrap intact
- Copy of dispatch note
- You cannot return eBooks and Audiobooks. You cannot cancel or apply for a refund once the download starts.
