What the Label Claims Say

Mass-zone.eu’s product page for the DZIK creatine quotes the standard wording used in the EU: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. That makes 3g a useful reference point when you compare products. For example, the BioTech monohydrate serving of 3.4g contains 3g of creatine, according to its label, and the DZIK serving of 3.5g also contains 3g of creatine.

Best Value: Plain Monohydrate Powders

If price is your priority, plain creatine monohydrate powder is the clear winner. The BioTech 100% Creatine Monohydrate 1000g tub was listed at 53 PLN. Its label describes 100% micronised creatine monohydrate (200 mesh), with a serving of one level scoop, about 3.4g, providing 3g of creatine. With 294 servings, that works out to about 0.18 PLN per serving, the lowest in our comparison.

OstroVit Supreme Pure Creatine Monohydrate 300g

The OstroVit Supreme Pure Creatine 300g was even cheaper upfront at 25 PLN. Its serving is smaller, 2.5g of monohydrate providing 2.2g of creatine, and the label suggests two servings on training days. That gives about 0.21 PLN per serving and a good option if you want a smaller tub to try first.

DZIK natural creatine monohydrate 369g

A Polish Brand Option: DZIK

DZIK’s creatine comes in several flavours, including cola, grape, mango and sour apple, as well as an unflavoured natural version. The natural 369g pack was listed at 64 PLN at the time of checking. Each 3.5g serving contains 3g of creatine. It costs more per serving than plain monohydrate tubs, but some buyers prefer a flavoured product.

BioTech Tri Creatine Malate 300g

Alternative Forms: Malate, HCl and Kre-Alkalyn

Some brands sell other forms of creatine. BioTech Tri Creatine Malate combines micronised creatine monohydrate with malic acid. The 300g tub costs 68 PLN, and the label suggests one 5g serving about 20 minutes before training, which works out to about 1.13 PLN per serving.

SD Pharmaceuticals Creatine HCL 300g

SD Pharmaceuticals Creatine HCL contains creatine hydrochloride, with 750mg per 2.75g scoop, plus citric acid, malic acid, flavourings and sweeteners. The label recommends two to four scoops per day, so the actual daily cost depends on how many scoops you take. At 126 PLN for 300g, a single scoop costs about 1.05 PLN.

NOW Sports Kre-Alkalyn creatine capsules

NOW Sports Kre-Alkalyn comes in vegetarian capsules, each containing 750mg of buffered creatine monohydrate. A serving of two capsules provides 1.5g, and the label suggests two capsules two to four times a day. At 128 PLN for 120 capsules, it is the most expensive option per serving here, but capsules are convenient for people who do not want to mix powders.

Does a Bigger Tub Save Money?

Pack size makes a big difference. BioTech sells the same 100% Creatine Monohydrate in a 300g tub as well as the 1000g size. At the time of checking, the 300g tub was listed at 63 PLN, more than the 1000g tub at 53 PLN. Prices like this can reflect temporary promotions, so it pays to compare sizes before you add anything to your basket. If you know you will use creatine regularly, the larger pack is usually the better buy.

How to Compare Creatine Products

  • Check how much creatine, not just how much product, each serving contains.
  • Divide the price by the number of servings to get the cost per serving.
  • Flavoured products contain extra ingredients such as sweeteners; check the label.
  • Look at the recommended daily intake on each label, as it varies by product.
  • Read allergen warnings; several labels note possible traces of milk, soy, nuts and other allergens.

Our Verdict

For most people who simply want creatine, a plain monohydrate powder offers the best value at Mass-zone.eu, with the BioTech 1000g tub costing about 0.18 PLN per serving at the time of checking. OstroVit is a cheap way to start with a smaller tub, and DZIK suits those who prefer a flavoured product. Malate, HCl and Kre-Alkalyn products cost considerably more per serving, so they make most sense if you specifically prefer that form or format. Check the current prices and offers on Mass-zone.eu before you buy, as they change often.
